Edible Flowers

Edible flowers are an fun addition to a special meal! They are easier to find than you would think and often found in your local grocery store!

Not all flowers are edible and be careful not to use any flowers that may have been exposed to harmful chemical ( i.e. flowers from a garden store, florist, or side of the road!)

Some common flowers which are easily edible include:

Alliums, Carnations, Chrysanthemums, Gladiolus, Peonie, Roses, and Sunflowers

Add flowers to any meal by simply tossing them in with your salad!

Best Wishes,
Miss Judy Bloom
