Not all flowers are edible and be careful not to use any flowers that may have been exposed to harmful chemical ( i.e. flowers from a garden store, florist, or side of the road!)
Some common flowers which are easily edible include:
Alliums, Carnations, Chrysanthemums, Gladiolus, Peonie, Roses, and Sunflowers
Add flowers to any meal by simply tossing them in with your salad!
