April 4th & 5th Ikebana Exhibition

Mark your calendar for an exciting event this Saturday & Sunday April 4th & 5th at the Portland Japanese Gardens.

From 10am - 7pm exotic floral arrangements will be featured by local Saga Goryu school of ikebana. This exhibition is celebrating Hana Matsuri, the Flower Festival Celebrating the Birthday of Buddha.

Ikebana is a style of floral arrangement that was originally created to honor Buddha.

Stop by the Portland Japanese Gardens to be a part of this special event! At 2pm both Saturday and Sunday the garden will feature special events related to the ikebana exhibition. Admission to this event is free with garden admission.
